This Preston home received a customised solar PV system aimed at reducing energy costs for a homeowner running a business from their home office. We used a drone to survey the property’s roof, checking for damage, obstructions, and any areas that couldn’t be properly inspected from the ground. Scaffolding was then put in place to provide safe access during the installation. Panels were carefully positioned to maximise sunlight throughout the day, with all cabling routed neatly and fully protected to maintain a tidy, unobtrusive appearance. The system connects seamlessly to the home’s electrical setup, giving the homeowner control over energy use and the benefits of self-generated electricity.
